Her Story
The many roles I play, and the one that found me
Welcome. My name is Iona, and if you are here, I am certain you already know: the way you've been living no longer fits who you truly are.
I have lived every dimension of the messy middle myself. As a mystic, senior executive, entrepreneur, mother, community leader, and partner — I know intimately what it means to carry many roles while quietly wondering who you are beneath all of them.
My spiritual foundation first awakened when I was 17 years old. For the next 26 years, I walked the corridors of the global corporate world — holding that inner life alongside the demands of high-level leadership, responsibility, and constant visibility. That dual existence — boardroom and soul — made me deeply, persistently curious about one question that would not leave me alone.

From curiosity to calling
That single question led me into a deep, sustained study of heart coherence and nervous system regulation — and ultimately to the work I now do through Coherence Creators.
More than seven years of private mentoring and coaching have taught me that the answer is not willpower, strategy, or resilience. It is coherence — the state in which what you feel, think, and do are completely aligned.
